Headland Man Charged with Sexual Abuse of a Child

On April 27, 2023, the Dothan Police Department began investigating a reported sexual abuse of a child that occurred around the end of 2022 in the 200 block of Crossing Lane. At the conclusion of the investigation, a warrant was obtained for Sexual Abuse of a Child less than 12 Years Old on Carols Camonchos Miller, 41 years old of Headland. Miller was arrested on the outstanding warrant on May 21, 2023, and booked in the Houston County Jail. His bond was set at $30,000.00. Due to the sensitive nature of this case, no further information will be released.
