Holmes County: ONE CHARGED IN BURGLARY

HOLMES COUNTY - A Westville man is charged with a burglary that took place at a Ponce de Leon residence.


Deputies with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office responded to the complaint and made contact with the victim, who advised the stolen items totaled more than $1,000, including an electric generator, air compressor, skill saw, and a weedeater.



The investigation lead to the arrest of 21-year-old David Joseph Montgomery King, who was taken into custody by HCSO deputies Wednesday, July 15.


King is charged with theft and burglary of an unoccupied structure.
