All items were approved on the agenda.

Dothan-Houston County Emergency Management Director Chris Judah has asked to make the position of Community Outreach Coordinator position from part-time to fulltime, with benefits and making the budget amendment. Director Judah told the commission a new vehicle was approved in the 2021 - 2022 budget and he is not replacing vehicles and there would be no new money for this position.

Heather Thomas serves as the part-time Community Outreach Coordinator and will change to full time.

Director Judah also said that Dothan-Houston County Emergency Management along with Radiation Control and Farley Nuclear will be required to completely re-write the plan that is required with Farley Nuclear Plant with all of the Houston County Farm Center sell.

In the current plan the Houston County Farm Center has been a crucial point in the plan. This has been since Farley Nuclear Plant has been in existence. This will require changing the entire required plan that is required for Farley Nuclear Plant.

D-2 Commissioner Doug Sinquefield said after the meeting there was still discussions with the City of Dothan and Bright Works on the sell/purchase of the Houston County Farm Center. The decisions take some time and nothing is ready for final decisions or offers.
