PANAMA CITY FLA :Detectives with the Panama City Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance with identifying a suspect involved in a robbery.


The Panama City Police Department responded to a business located at 1508 Calhoun Avenue due to reports of a robbery. Surveillance video depicts the suspect forcing his way into the back office where an employee was handling US currency. The suspect used the threat of violence to obtain the US currency before fleeing northbound on Calhoun Avenue. The suspect is described as a heavy-set Hispanic male, approximately 5’10” in height, weighing approximately 250 lbs, and wearing dark-colored clothing.
