Jeff Golden To Sing In An Award Winning Producer’s New Movie

Film Director Producer, Adrian Saba, just happened to see Dothan Alabama resident, Jeff Golden, on YouTube and thought that he would be perfect to sing in his new movie. The two had never met or even talked together before Saba saw some of Golden’s videos on the web. The movie producer has won or been nominated for at least 15 international awards that included winning TIFF awards, FIPESCO awards, and the New Voices/New Visions Award. "The Dreamer" and "El Limpiador" are two of the movies that he produced and his new movie is entitled "The Fabulous Bardellis". After Golden and Saba talked on the phone and Skyped 3 or 4 times, Jeff recorded 2 of the songs written for the movie. Golden, originally from Abbeville, will also sing a Luciano Pavarotti opera song for the movie called Nessun Dorma, one of the best known tenor arias in all of opera. Golden says, "Since the Covid-19 shutdown, I have not been doing any shows but I have really enjoyed working on this movie project. I have finished recording the 2 original songs for the movie and I have been working on Nessun Dorma. I sing most of it in Italian, so it has been a bit of a challenge. I have always known that I could sing Opera, but this is the first time that I’ve ever actually learned an Opera song. I will be recording this song in the next few days." Plans for the movie release is in early 2021.
