DOTHAN ALA:Congratulations to Lieutenant Hancock for being recognized as Dothan Police Department’s Supervisor of the Year at The Forum-Downtown Dothan!  Lieutenant Hancock was nominated by supervisors and officers under his command.  Lieutenant Hancock’s motto is "One Team, One Mission".


One officer said of Lieutenant Hancock, "From my time on this squad, I’ve seen the entire squad mature and become a cohesive team.  They are showing more pride in themselves and each other, and that is a direct reflection of Lieutenant Hancock.  In my opinion and firsthand experience, I feel he is the supervisor who best understands, embodies, and executes the mission of the department".
