MONTGOMERY - LOUISIANA:     A bill before the Louisiana Legislature that would require the Ten Commandments to be displayed in public schools and colleges.

In a 79 to 16 vote the legislation passed and has gone to the Governor for signature. All of the 16 votes in opposition were Democrats. Their argument was if they are to learn the Ten Commandments then they need to go to Sunday School. They argued school was for believers, non believers and those who believed different.

My response, hell is for those who do not believe. And it is HOT THERE!!

JUDGE ROY MOOORE 

The following is not an indication that I am in favor of. nor is it an indication that I oppose Judge Roy Moore.

But the initial basis of opposition of Judge Roy Moore, as I recall, was his refusal to obey Federal Judge Myron Thompson, of Dothan, order to remove the Ten Commandments from the Alabama Supreme Court building.

And those politicians in Church on Sunday thumping the Bible, wanting everyone to know they are deacons and saints, turned on Judge Roy Moore. The same Republicans which turned on Alabama Senator Harri Anne Smith for openly supporting Bobby Bright, a Democrat, voted for Doug Jones for Alabama Senate because Roy Moore was the Republican nominee. The next election they voted for the Republican.
