Lynn Haven Man Arrest for Child Abuse

LYNN HAVEN:The Lynn Haven Police Department would like to announce the arrest of 27 year old Gavin Miller of Lynn Haven for child abuse without great harm. Miller is accused of striking a 1 year old on the head with an open hand, causing the child’s chin to strike the railing of his crib.


The Lynn Haven Police Department would like to remind everyone that Miller, as with anyone accused of committing a crime, is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
