New Traffic Signal in Dothan

DOTHAN, ALABAMA:                 Construction is underway for a new traffic signal at the intersection of John D. Odom Road and Bagley Boulevard/Publix Shopping Center.


Contractors are currently preparing to install the new traffic signal poles. 


Completion of the signal is expected by the middle of December.


The traffic signal will operate in "flash" mode for several days after completion to alert drivers of the new signal prior to going into normal operation.


Once the signal is complete, city crews will install pedestrian ramps and sidewalks.


Please drive with caution and patience in this area to help keep workers safe.
