One Arrested After Traffic Stop with Fentanyl and Marijuana

HOLMES COUNTY, FLORIDA: On September 6, deputies with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office made a traffic stop after observing a vehicle driving erratically in Bonifay.
Contact was made with the driver, Joshua Judah, of Bonifay.
During the stop, deputies noticed that Judah seemed noticeably nervous and was sweating profusely. They then asked if he had an narcotics, stolen property, or illegal firearms in the vehicle. Judah said he did not have anything and even volunteered to have deputies search his vehicle.
A search of the vehicle revealed a clear bag containing marijuana and a box containing five pills along with one crushed pill that Judah admitted were fentanyl.
Judah, who is currently on probation for narcotics, was arrested and transported to the Holmes County Jail; he faces charges of possession of a controlled substance which was fentanyl and possession of marijuana that is less than 20 grams.
