Ozark Man Arrested for Discarging Firearm into Occupied Vehicle

OZARK ALABAMA: Ozark Police were Department to the 800 Block of Martin St in Reference to a Shooting into a vehicle. Upon arrival officers located the victim at the intersection of Church Avenue and Bingham Avenue. The suspect was identified as Da’Mier McDaniel. Mr. McDaniel fired several rounds at the vehicle striking it multiple times.  Mr. McDaniel was interviewed and confessed to the shooting, in addition to evidence recovered at the scene. Mr. McDaniel was arrested for Discharging Firearm into Occupied Vehicle
