Pike County Man Charged with Attempted Murder

The Pike County Sheriff’s Department has arrested and charged a man with attempted murder after a shooting that occurred on Tuesday at the 5300 block of Pike County Road 1101.

Kenneth Lamar Little allegedly shot a man multiple times; the victim was taken by personal vehicle to the Troy Regional Hospital.

After deputies made contact with the victim at the emergency room, they were told Little shot him with a small shotgun.

Little was found and questioned about the incident before being charged and placed in the Pike County Jail under a $250,000 bond.
