Publix pharmacy at cottonwood corners doesn’t care about their customers!!!

Although part of Publix Mission is to be Passionately focused on customer’s value.  The Cottonwoods Corner Publix Pharmacy’s 1.9 google review score, shows the pharmacy management doesn’t give a crap about their customer. Just yesterday a customer had a one month prescription with sixty pills and 24 hours later, it is still not filled. Publix sick people need their medicine, wake up. This customer checked in and waited on this medicine over nine hours. You still couldn’t give him a definite time it was going to be filled. Pharmacist hide behind customer service representatives that can give no information, except you will receive a text message of when it is filled. 

Publix corporate your stellar image of customer service is being ruined by rude and awful service by this pharmacy staff. You are better than a 24 hour refill on a simple medication, when any pharmacy in town can do this under an hour. 

Rickey stokes news strives to be a voice for the voiceless. After posting this article on poor customer service, a pharmacist that started this pharmacy, that just quit another publix pharmacy, reached out to tell her truth. All though some public figures may see me as controversial, not fit to attend an event with their so called buddies. I strive to be the most reliable new source in this area. You may not like me, but I speak what the voiceless have to say. This is what an unrelated pharmacist, had to say after she quit, about a company she used to love to be employed by. This is at the age of over 60, with little life ahead of me, I wake up and run my news venue. It gives this employee closure, to a corporate Entity, that has lost value in their customer. I may get left out of social situations, but standing up for this customer and employee is enough for Rickey stokes. 

I am Amanda Harris and I opened that store, I ensured the publix vision and can prove wait times were under thirty minutes. Using the mission statement of the Publix Corportation, we expanded that customer base ten fold. She said she did this by going above and beyond to take care of her customers! She truly cares about how her customers are treated and she builds relationships, treating them like family.  Apparently Publix needs to hire more staff like her so that urgent prescriptions will be filled in a timely manner. People could die Publix Corporation. You still have not filled the presription of the customer that started this news story, it has been over 36 hours. Your staff doesn’t care. They are asleep in their bed. Your store manager of cottonwood corners, doesn’t care. Publix has lost their focus on customer service and need to reconsider following their mission statement! She quit her current pharmacy, because of the focus on numbera that suck compared to pharmacies that care, and abandoned the founding principles that make Publix a reason to spend more money to shop than competitor winn Dixie. 

We have reached out to Publix corporate to no avail.
