Remebering Dothan Police Corporal Robert E. Armstrong killed in the Line of Duty

Today, In recognition of National Police Week and our "Honored Fallen" we honor Corporal Robert E. Armstrong, Unit Number 2M42.
End of Watch: January 19th, 1985
Corporal Armstrong began his employment with the Dothan Police Department on April 5th, 1978 as a Police Officer. On January 19th 1985, while working a DUI enforcement detail, Corporal Armstrong was involved in a head on collision with a drunk driver who was driving his vehicle on the wrong side of the road. Corporal Armstrong died a short time later at the General Hospital.
