One of the many things I learned from doing the Angel Of Hope Statue
is that there are so many mothers who lost a child from pregnancy loss who grieve every day just like other parents
who lost a child after birth.
Unfortunate as it is...Many Mothers are told “ Well you can always try again”
Many Moms hide their grief because they feel like no one would understand
why they feel the way they do after losing an unborn child.
I have received many messages from Mothers sharing their stories with me
about how they felt our Society expected Them To Feel After Having A Miscarriage.
Once A Child Is Conceived That Child Is Your Child And The Loss Of That
Child Regardless If Unborn Or Born ...Is Devastating And Heartbreaking To The Parents .
Only A Mother Knows What She Feels Emotionally As That Unborn Child Develops Each Day In Her Womb And The Bond Between The Mom And The Unborn Child Is Very Special.
It’s Time Our Society Recognizes That These Mothers Grieve Just Like Any Other Parent Does When They Lose A Child.
And For The Record
Never Tell A Parent Who Has Lost A Child Of Any Age That “ You Know How They Feel “
You Nor I Have A Clue How They Feel And The Time It Takes To Get Over The Loss Of Child Is Never Ending
The Angel Of Hope Statue At Westgate Park Is For Every Child Beginning
At Conception That Is Called To Heaven And Will Be Remembered Every Single Day
Not Just One Day Out Of The Year.
I Invite You To Place A Flower At The Angel Of Hope Statue
In Remembrance Of Your Child On Any Day Of The Week Year Round.
Inscribed On The Back Of The Statue Are These Words:
All Our Children Loved, Missed And Remembered
