It’s with a very heavy heart that we announce the passing of one of our beloved K9s, Buddy. Buddy has been a K9 with OPD since 2013 and was one of our trained Narcotics dogs. He recently visited with the children at the Junior Police Academy where he enjoyed lots of belly rubs and taught the children about being a K9.
Please keep our K9 Team and our department in your thoughts as they deal with the sudden loss of one of their own
