DOTHAN:    7:01 PM. Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Police - Dothan Fire - Pilcher Ambulance to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Hodgesville Road at Kentworth Drive.

The accident involved serious injuries and two vehicles.

A off duty Houston County Sheriff Corrections Administrative Assistant was behind the vehicles when they wrecked. The Corrections Administrative Assistant held the hand of the young man, attempting to comfort him and pray for him at the same time.

Dothan Fire and Pilcher Ambulance arrived and took over care and transported the patient Trauma Alert.

Dothan Police Patrol Lt. Thomas Davis requested Dothan Police CRASH TEAM respond.

Under HIPPA there is not much information to Houston County Sheriff Corrections Administrative Assistant can find out. She is emotionally distraught over this wreck and the young man’s injuries. She wants a mother to know someone held her son’s hand comforting him until emergency medical care arrived and prayed for the young man.

If the mother reads this on Monday between 8AM and 5 PM, call 334-712-0762 and let ring until answered and ask for lady who was at the wreck tonight. She is genuinely concerned about your son.

Dothan Police is in charge of the accident. Pictures were held until family was contacted.
