HOLMES COUNTY, FLORIDA: On September 12, officers with the US Marshals Florida Carribean Regional Fugitive Task Force received information that a registered sexual predator and fugitive out of Okaloosa County was at a residence in Bonifay.
Officers then went to the residence, and after several attempts, made contact with Robert Hamm who is on probation and required to register as a sexual predator.
Hamm was taken into custody without incident. In addition to the out-of-county warrant, he was charged with failure to register as a sexual offender.
