SPONSORS NEEDED FOR HHS BAND TRIP TO THE MILITARY BOWL

The award-winning Headland High School Marching Blue and Gold Band has been invited to attend the 2019 Military Bowl in Annapolis, Maryland in December! The annual Military Bowl is presented by Northrop Grumman and benefits the USO of Metro Washington-Baltimore and its proceeds support U.S. service members. While there, the HHS band will participate in several events including a mass band show, a field show competition, pregame pageantry, the half-time show, and a parade from the Annapolis City Dock to the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. These events, along with two days of travel, will take place from Dec. 26-31, 2019. Because of the expense involved with transportation, hotels, and meals, we are asking for local sponsors (private and businesses) to help raise the money for this trip of a lifetime. We welcome all donations, large or small, but sponsors of $250 or more will have their name (or name of their business) displayed on our band equipment trailer! Not only is this great advertising for your business but your contribution will make a big difference in the lives of young musicians!
