Three Charged in Bonifay Search Warrant

HOLMES COUNTY, FLORIDA: On November 17, investigators with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at a residence on McLaughlin Avenue in Bonifay.
The search warrant was obtained as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation. Contact was made with Sir Flood and April Poirier, both of whom had been living at the home.
A search of Flood’s person revealed 15 grams of methamphetamine, a glass pipe, and additional drug paraphernalia.
In a bedroom, investigators found a glass pipe with meth and a baggie with 7 grams of meth. Poirier’s clothes and mail belonging to Hershel Thomas at the same address were also located in the bedroom.
Sir Flood was arrested and charged with trafficking meth.
April Poirier was arrested and charged with possession of meth.
Hershel Thomas was not present at the time of the search but will also be charged with possession of meth.
