Traffic Stop Leads to Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia Arrest

HOLMES COUNTY FLA: On October 18, 2024, a Holmes County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) deputy conducted a traffic stop on Highway 2 for a traffic infraction.
During the stop, the deputy established probable cause to search the vehicle. A glass meth pipe containing methamphetamine was found in the area where passenger Randall Morris was seated.
Morris was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
