Two Charged with Possession of Methamphetamine

HOLMES COUNTY - On October 11, while on patrol a HCSO deputy stopped a Pontiac car in the area of Sandy Creek Church for traffic violations.  The driver of the car was identified as Brian West. 


While waiting on dispatch, K9 Highway was utilized to conduct a free air sniff of the exterior of the vehicle, in which Highway gave a positive alert for illegal narcotics. 



A search of the vehicle was conducted and located was a glass smoking pipe and a small plastic baggy both containing methamphetamine.



Both West and his passenger Mitzi Cullifer were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
