Prince Burge, a Black Male was last seen in Decatur, Alabama.
Comments: The State of Alabama has issued a Child Abduction Emergency, Amber Alert. The Decatur Police Department and the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency ask for your assistance in locating Prince Burge, black male, 1 year of age. Prince Burge was seen on February 8, 2024, at approximately 4:30am wearing a light blue onesie and a dark brown jacket in the area of Decatur Morgan Hospital and is believed to be in extreme danger. The abductor, Christopher Lynn Burge, is a 33 year old black male. The subjects may be traveling in a white Jeep Wrangler with Massachusetts tag number 4SAN14. UPDATE as of 12:20pm Authorities have canceled the Amber Alert for a 1-year-old
A man is in custody after an AMBER Alert was issued for a 1-year-old boy last seen in Decatur. Prince Burge was allegedly abducted by his father, 33-year-old Christopher Burge. Christopher Burge was found in Huntsville and taken into custody by Huntsville police. Prince Burge was found safe, authorities said. The duo was found in the area of Ultimate Court, according to Huntsville police. The exact details of the abduction are not being released at this time.
