UPDATED - Zero Energy

9:03 PM     On January 22 I wrote a article in bed all week - zero energy.


While I have spend most of my time in bed before and since January 22, I have forced myself out. I am still fighting zero energy.


THANKS to Flowers Hospital and Dale Medical Center. I will be seeing one or more in them in the upcoming days.


My time has been spent in bed, not on the couch but in bed. Forced myself to Dale County Jail on Saturday evening and when I got home was exhausted.


The doctor's office called and said that I need to make an appointment with a Cardiologist because a EKG showed an irregular heartbeat. On Monday going to reach out and attempt to get an appointment.


I have missed some news articles and not posted some things requested. Mostly because just zero energy.


Hopefully with some medical intervention this next week I can see what has zapped my energy. Have a follow up on the 1st with a GI Doctor.


This article is not written for sympathy. Would ask for your prayers. It is written more as an explanation of why some things have been missed or did not get posted.


THANKS for your help in TEXT RICKEY 334-790-1729 in letting me know what is happening and sending scene pictures. Your help has been and is appreciated in the future.


I did roll the other night to a structure fire one mile from me when the call came in flames visible and two people stuck inside. I hit Ricky Herring on his cell because he lived close by to make sure he saw the call. On arrival everyone was out so I came back home. Do not care how bad I feel, if I think can help on a call like that, look out... I am gone.


I will kick this energy issue. Please bear with me and thank you for your help.



NEW AMSTERDAM 


Do not watch much TV but been watching Netflix NEW AMSTERDAM. It is interesting because it is about a Medical Director who takes over and fights administration in their mission is the patient.


And then his patch forward on patient who have no insurance or ability to pay. BARTER. Interesting what can be done when people get out of the box and think and look for ways other than the way we have always done it.
