JACKSON COUNTY FL:     About 1 AM Jackson County Sheriff Department responded to a firearm assault murder in Jackson County.

The firearm assault murder occurred south of Graceville Florida off Peanut Road. This road is about 8 miles south of Alabama - Florida line near Campbellton.

A suspect has been identified and is considered armed and dangerous. Waiting on Jackson County Sheriff Department to release the identity of the suspect, which they have in a BOLO to law enforcement agencies.

The details of the murder is unknown at this time other than a firearm assault/murder.

Juan-Luis S Cervantes is wanted for questioning in a shooting. He is known to drive a silver Toyota bearing tag number 97A ZNS which is pictured below. If see Cervantes or the vehicle, Do Not approach but call the Jackson County Sheriffs Office immediately at 850-482-9624.
