GENEVA COUNTY:     9:30 PM     There was a driver of a vehicle who decided not to obey blue lights and siren and decided to flee from law enforcement.

Geneva County Sheriff Department is reported to have been trying to stop the car. The driver of the vehicle, who is reported to been the only one in the vehicle, struck a tree.

The accident was at T Peacock Road North County 69 in Geneva County. The car was literally split in half.

Hartford Fire - Rescue responded. Enterprise Rescue helicopter was requested. The patient has been airlifted and in watching the flight pattern it looks as if transporting to Sacred Heart in Pensacola.

ALEA - Troopers are in charge of the accident investigation.
