Dale County - This morning law enforcement is still on scene with the suspect is still barricaded inside the bunker. The FBI SART is now on scene along the FBI Bomb unit. We understand that the FBI is now in charge of the incident. Weather is making rough on law enforcement but they are not giving up. 

There will be a statement issued every 2 hours starting at Noon today. We will update accordingly.

Public Information Officer Trooper Charles Dysart is on scene came over to let us know that negotiations are still ongoing and so far there nothing to report. He also asked that if you didn't have to be here to please stay clear of the area due to the high volume of law enforcement and now media. There are stations from Fox news, Wsfa, Wtvy, Wdhn, Wmbb and a few others here on scene. CNN has just arrived as well. We will update again at 2pm.
