BARBOUR - DALE COUNTY: 2:02 PM Ozark - Dale COunty 911 notified Dale County Sheriff Deputies of a chase coming into Dale County from Barbour County.
Reports were a vehicle coming into Dale County from Clio on Highway 50 and driver refusing to stop.
Dale County Sheriff Deputies intercepted. The Dale County Sheriff Deputies were able to get the vehicle stopped and then were forced to deploy a taser on the suspect(s).
The deputies announced suspect(s) in custody but requested a ambulance for the person tased.
WARNING: This is the first full week of Dale County Sheriff Mason Bynum. Last week Ozark Police Department had a chase and Dale County Sheriff Deputies were able to pit the suspect vehicle and end the chase.
Unknown if the vehicle was pit today. But Dale County Sheriff Mason Bynum will not toleerate running from law enforcement and placing the citizens, law enforcement and the suspects themselves in danger. Sheriff Bynum and the men and women of Dale County Sheriff Department will shove their bumpers up your exhaust pipes and send you spinning in a New York second and terminate your failing to stop.
So if you want to run then you better stay clear of Dale County.

The suspect assaulted a law enforcement officer in Barbour County and then fled headed into Dale County.
When the suspect realized what was about to happen to him in Dale County so he stopped. But then he became STUPID and assaulted two Dale County Sheriff Deputies. At which time the Dale County Sheriff Deputies introduced him to Mr. Taser.
After he met Mr. Taser, intimately, he became compliant.
