KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- An Alabama fugitive wanted on 58 counts of sexual abuse was captured by the Smoky Mountain Fugitive Task Force in Knoxville.
James Mark Lee was taken into custody at the 1200 block of Long Leaf Lane.
He was charged with 58 counts of sexual abuse in Houston County, Alabama.
Lee is being held at the Knox County Jail and will be extradited back to Alabama.

The defendant, James Mark Lee, while awaiting extradition, has employed Shaun McGhee of Smith and McGhee Attorney At Law to represent him in this matter.
Mr. Lee and his Attorney, Shaun McGhee, look forward to his being returned to Houston County and their having their day in court.
