DOTHAN:     4:06 PM.    Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Police, Dothan Fire Engine 5 ( Eastside ), Pilcher Ambulance to a firearm assault at Walton Park.

The victim is reported near the basketball court.

Multiple units rolling to include Dothan Fire Battalion Chief.

At 4:08 PM Dothan Fire Engine 5 has arrived near the scene awaiting police to declare the scene safe for EMS entry.

UPDATED @ 4:10 PM.  

At this time Dothan Police have been unable to locate the patient. A young man had called his mother and told her that he had been shot. She in turn called 911 which rolled law enforcement, Dothan Fire and Pilcher Ambulance.

UPDATED @ 4:13 PM.  

Dothan 911 has made contact with the firearm assault complainant who reported the firearm assault victim has left the scene on a vehicle. The location and intended destination are not known at this time.

Dothan Fire Engine 5 ( Eastside ) and Battalion Chief have returned to service.
