GENEVA COUNTY:    4:18 PM.    Emergency units throughout Geneva County, law enforcement and EMS, are responding and just arriving on the scene of a firearm assault.

The location is Therman Road in the Samson Area. Initial reports are subject has been shot in the neck and possibly domestic related.

Geneva County Sheriff Tony Helms and other law enforcement officers are rolling and on the scene.

UPDATED @ 5:07 PM.   

This is now a confirmed murder. Geneva County Coroner Donny Atkinson has been dispatched.
