DOTHAN:    5:00 PM   A serious critical accident at 2989 Hodgesville Road at TL Lane. Involves two vehicles, with entrapment.

Dothan Fire reports this will be an extended extrication. This is a trauma alert with a femer injury.

Dothan Fire has requested LIFEFLIGHT helicopter to be dispatched and is responding to the scene.

Dothan Police - Dothan Fire - EMS - Houston County Sheriff Department - Hodgesville Fire - Rehobeth Fire on the scene.

UPDATED @ 5:15 PM    

Survival Flight is on the scene. The patient has been extricated. Emergency Medical Units are packing the patient and preparing the patient for loading into the helicopter for transport to the hospital.

Dothan Police CRASH Team has been called out to respond to the accident for investigation.

UPDATED @ 5:26 PM   

Patient has been loaded in Survival Flight and in the air being transported to a Dothan hospital.

All scene pictures are being held due to the seriousness of the accident.
