One of the people in the wreck refused EMS patient care when on the scene. Webb Voluteer Fire Command requested Columbia Rescue or Ashford Rescue return to the scene to check the patient.
Ashford Rescue called enroute.
Then Webb Volunteer Fire Command cancelled the ambulance that the patient who (1) refused the first timee (2) now wants a ambulance to respond.
Then Webb Volunteer Command cancelled the responding ambulance to cancel the same patient has now decided against EMS returning.
Then Webb Voluteer Command requested the ambulance respond the same patient has now decided they do want EMS. So Ashford Rescue was responding and not being cancelled this time.
BUT, with everyone being on different radio systems, someone forgot to tell the Deputy Sheriff's directing traffic a ambulance was responding back to the scene. While the Deputy was directing traffic all of a sudden here comes an ambulance running emergency without warning.
