DALE COUNTY:    3:35 PM.     Ozark-Dale County 911 dispatched a motor vehicle accident with injuries, Highway 27 and Dale County Road 34.

The accident involved a vehicle and a motorcycle. The reports to Ozark-Dale County 911 were one patient was not breathing.

On arrival of emergency units there was one fatality on the scene. Enterprise Rescue responded with the helicopter and flew one patient to Montgomery from the scene.

Dale County Deputy Coroner John Cawley responded and investigated the death of one person.

Dale County Sheriff Deputies, ALEA - Troopers responded. ALEA - Troopers are in charge of the accident investigation. Ozark Fire - EMS and Marley Mill Volunteer Fire Department, Dale County Sheriff Chief Deputy Mason Bynum, Dale County Willie Worsham, Ozark Director of Ozark Department of Public Safety responded. ALEA - Trooper Ed Williams and Spencer Adkinson were on the scene.

RSN knew when the call was dispatched. RSN holds confirmed fatalities because RSN has fear of families finding out from the web site.

Dale County Deputy Coroner John Cawley has identified the accident victim as Grace Rivera, age 23, of Daleville.
