HOUSTON COUNTY:      7:41 PM.   Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched Lovetown Volunteer Fire, Cottonwood Volunteer Fire, Cottonwood Volunteer Rescue to a structure fire.

The fire location is 4452 Gene Terry Road. Reports are the fire began with a candle in the room.

Reports are flames visible.

At 7:47 PM Houston County Sheriff 911 reported some aggressive dogs and homeowner has been unable to put into the vehicle.

At 7:47 PM the first two Cottonwood Volunteer Fire units have arrived on the scene. 

UPDATED @ 8:00 PM. 

Lovetown Volunteer Fire tanker on the scene and connecting to Cottonwood tanker. 

Cottonwood Volunteer Fire Chief Randy Hall reports fire out and hitting hot spots. Ventilation in progress.
