Reporting from midway up the visitor side of the newly renovated Rip Hews Stadium, you our readers have notified us of a motorcycle accident in Barbour County. 

Reports are there is a serious/critical MVA on 431 at the intersection of Boundary St. Two vehicles with one being a motorcycle. The motorcycle is pinned under the SUV. Unconfirmed reports the motorcycle was running from the law and wrecked out.  One person is in custody at this time.

Reports are following the chase the person on the motorcycle was not injured. In fact, reports are the subject resisted arrested by the officers after the crash.

Rather than transported by ambulance the motorcycle driver was transported by a law enforcement vehicle. The subject will be placed in the Barbour County Jail.
