DOTHAN:     9:10 PM      A Dothan Police Officer reported a vehicle on the wrong side of the road, going the wrong direction, on Ross Clark Circle at Brookhill almost struck the officer head on.

The Dothan Police Officer then reported the vehicle, a white Monte Carlo, then turned back southbound at Brookhill and Ross Clark Circle.

Within seconds Dothan Police had the vehicle stopped and the driver in custody. Reports were the driver was intoxicated.

THANKS to an observant Dothan Police Officer in a dark part of the Ross Clark Circle, the vehicle did not strike him. And fortunate for innocent people Dothan Police were on top of the suspected drunk driver and he was in custody within seconds.

The driver is not believed to have a current driver license only an Identification Card. No driver license for apparently multiple - multiple reasons.

UPDATED @ 9:19 PM

The suspected drunk driving the wrong way on the Ross Clark Circle is on the way now to the Steve Parrish Motel, where he always leaves the light on. The Steve Parrish Motel is also known as the Dothan City Jail.

Because Anthony Cooper filed a lawsuit this drunk, with repeated violations and suspended driver license will be allowed to sign his own bond after a number of hours in the jail. And he has multiple - multiple - multiple Failure To Appears.

When you ask Dothan Officials why, they will give you multiple manure reasons. But I have the entire court file with the real reasons.

Anthony Cooper is like OTIS THE DRUNK in Ozark and Dale County. He has never filed a lawsuit in Dale County. But he did in Dothan and their wise ( LOL ) legal staff paid          $ 42,500.00 to Cooper and his lawyers, on first misdemeanor offenses in Dothan you are allowed to sign your own bond no matter how many times arrested.

After Dothan paid $ 42,500.00 on Tuesday, Anthony Cooper was in the Dale County Jail on Saturday. This was three years ago.

This repeat offender, who has not had driver licenses in years, alleged to be drunk and on the wrong side of the road, will be released on his own without someone signing his bond.
