DALE COUNTY: 9:08 PM. A chase in Dale County which ended on Highway 231 at Gilland Ford. Multiple emergency units. A motorcycle crashed.

The accident occurred right at a Dale County officials parents home. Some have called worried something happened there. NO NO NO. nothing to do with who lives there, the chase just ended there.

ALEA - Trooper, the person "under" the blue lights, went to make a traffic stop of a motorcycle. The person "in front of" the blue lights, on a motorcycle, a white male with a white female on the back, made a conscious decision not to obey the ALEA - Trooper and pull to the side of the roadway and stop.

So the person "in front of" the blue lights took off. And the chase was on.

The chase proceeded south on Highway 231 from Campground Road intersection. The chase continued to Lakeview where it approached Highway 231. At Highway 231 and Lakeview, at Gilland Ford, the motorcycle crashed into the ALEA - Trooper car. 

The accident first came out as no injuries and was changed to minor injuries.

Ozark Fire and EMS responded, multiple ALEA - Troopers, Ozark Police and Dale County Sheriff Deputies.

The female has called someone to come get her. The male was transported to Dale Medical Center to be checked.
