UPDATED @ 8:48 PM...
The missing child has been located on North 75 and Bruner Pond Road. The child is being transported back home. As we understand it Lucy Fire Chief Timothy Welch, who is also a Pansey Fireman is the one who located the missing child.
Ashford Rescue responded and checked the child out. The child was placed in the ambulance for observation and returned to the family. When deputies learned the child was found some were wanting to know the clothing and took off to the area trying to verify it was the child.
The child is safe and in the arms of the parents.
THANKS to the volunteer men and women who heard the information and responded.
Thanks to people like Timothy Welch, Larry Givens, Brandon Givens and the others that rolled up their sleeves and went and found this child.
Ashford Rescue is transporting the child to the emergency room with the parents just to be checked.
