DOTHAN: 12:47 PM Dothan 911 dispatched a Armed Robbery In Progress, 1060 West Main Street, at Dollar General.
The first Dothan Police Patrol Officer arrived on the scene at 12:49 PM. The suspect had fled the scene. The initial reports were the suspect was possibly on a gray vehicle. Dothan Police Patrol has developed some initial suspect information. Officers are following that information to locate the suspect.
Dothan Police Criminal Investigation is handling the investigation.

Police located the suspect at a home on West Powell street. After a preliminary investigation, they have determined it was NOT a Robbery, but a harassment call not involving the business.
The investigation continues.
