HOUSTON COUNTY: This morning a little after 7 AM, multiple fire units from Taylor Volunteer Fire, Town of Rehobeth Fire-Rescue and Bay Springs Volunteer Fire responded to a structure fire on Butler Road.
First unit on the scene advised working Structure Fire. Houston County Sheriff Deputy also responded.
UPDATED at 9:20 AM
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office as a possible suspicious fire.

The on scene Houston County Sheriff Patrol Deputy has just cleared the scene of this structure fire. The call was confirmed as a ARSON. At this time unsure if suspect in custody. Working to see.
Alabama State Fire Marshall will be called into to assist in the investigation.
