DALE COUNTY: At 7:51 PM... Echo Fire and Echo Rescue is on the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Hwy 27 East of Ozark. Reports are possibly one vehicle in the wood-line. Echo Fire is reporting no entrapment and the driver is barely conscious with airbags deployed.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation by the Alabama State Troopers. Use caution in that area.

EMS units arrived on scene advised CPR in progress and Survival Fight was requested but were already tied up so Haynes Life-flight responded to the scene. Ozark EMS was Mutual Aided to assist with Advanced Life-Support. EMS crews were able to regain a pulse and the victim was transported.

We have just learned from a family friend that the victim has passed away as a result of their injuries. The driver has been identified as 39 year old Tanya Faye Hall.
Our hearts and prayers go out to the family.
