DALE COUNTY: At 2:05 PM... Dale County Sheriffs office is responding to a motor vehicle accident at Hwy167 and South County Road 85 , vehicle vs. Semi with entrapment. Will update as soon as possible!

There has been one confirmed fatality and the accident is still under investigation at this time the Traffic Homicide Investigators, will update as we get more information.

Responding to the scene were multiple Alabama State Troopers, Clayhatchee Fire, Clayhatchee Police, Dale County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff Olsen, Hartford Fire and Rescue and Bellwood Fire. The accident occurred at the intersection. The driver was the only occupant of the SUV. Dale County Corner is on the scene.

DOTHAN POST -  A two-vehicle accident at 2:20 p.m. on Monday February 10, 2020, has claimed the life of a Coffee County woman. Sharon Lee Miller, 43, of Enterprise was killed when the 2014 Honda Pilot she was operating pulled into the path of a 2012 Freightliner, driven by Johnny Sherrer, 57, of Chancellor. Miller was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident occurred on Alabama 167 at the intersection of Alabama 85, ten miles south of Enterprise. Nothing further is available as ALEA State Troopers continue to investigate.
