UPDATED at 8:11 AM - 8:00 AM.. Structure Fire Reported in the 300 Block of Massee Drive

DOTHAN: At 8:00 AM.. Multiple Dothan Fire units responded to a report of a structure fire in the 300 Block of Massee Drive. Engine 4 was first unit on scene and advised smoke visible from the front but no flames showing at this time.


Battalion 1 has command. Dothan Police responded along with Pilcher's ambulance. The road the fire is located on is closed due to emergency equipment and supply line blocking the road.

Firefighters on the inside of the house is reporting no flames showing and are going to check the over head (Attic) of the home.


Firefighters are now advising they located the fire in a small room where the breaker box was located and knocked the fire out with a water can. Fire is out at this time and they are ventilating the smoke.
