HOUSTON COUNTY - DOTHAN:    10:48 PM    Houston County Sheriff Deputies responded to a suspicious persons off Highway 231 South.


The suspicious persons was on a motorcycle and took off from Houston County Sheriff Deputies. The chase went north on Highway 231 South, crossed Ross Clark Circle and continued on South Oates Street, northbound. The motorcycle took a right on Catalpa Street to where it dead end into Woodland, then south on Woodland.


Dothan Police and ALEA - Troopers responded to the chase.


The chase crossed Fortner Street and turned onto Valley Forge off Woodland and to South Park Avenue.


The motorcycle wrecked out in a yard on South Park. The suspect was apprehended behing Highland Park Methodist Church on South Park.


Unknown why the suspect was fleeing law enforcement. But the suspect now has felony Attempting to Elude charges amoung other charges.


EMS was not required.
