DOTHAN:   While customers stand in the hot sun at Verizon Wireless on Ross Clark Circle a representative comes out... only one person allowed in store, must have a mask, no transactions outside.

But mam, all I need is a phone holder. You can bring  outside. Will give you the money. No transactions outside the store. Must have a mask.
