Memory verse=========================Romans 10:17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.=========================Verse of the day=========================Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life=========================Topic: The Debt Is Paid in Full=========================Thoughts========================= When Christ died for us it was such a powerful moment and should be looked at as such , when he died, he given us opportunity to live beyond our sins with him in a clean way, our old selves died and a new one resurrected. Paul have given us another profound way to look at Christ resurrection . In today’s verse Paul was saying when Christ died and he risen , by God that we too were crucified spiritual and risen again as a new person , and as we did this, we should walk according to that as a new person because by faith through God we have experience a death spiritually in order to have eternal life. Do you believe that ? We must have faith that the moment we truly given our life to God that he given us the most important gift we will ever receive which is a new beginning . I remember when I gave my life to God , I felt so good and I was filled with so much joy and my mother looked at me she said it’s something new about you , you look at peace like a weight was lifted off you and at the moment I didn’t tell her because I wanted to enjoy just being new in Christ without all the questions from anyone I remember , feeling the happiest I ever felt in my whole life, like a completion, I never felt this way before and I thought drinking made me feel good to be honest , and no this was beyond drinking , it was a joy from the inside out and I didn’t have to worry anymore or be afraid because I knew that whatever I might have to face and do ,God was right there every step of the way. Further down in this verse Paul tells us since we know this now that we shouldn’t serve a life of sin. With your new life in God , anything of the flesh won’t give you the joy that the father can give you , in this new life or walk , nothing else makes you happier but to desire the things of the spirit . “ Romans 6:6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.” Jesus love us so much, he wants us all to be free in him, to love and to be carefree , and to know that whatever we do he will be there every step of the way , nothing is too hard for him all we have to do is make the steps and he will carry us through the rest, letting go of sin will be a breeze because when we go to indulge into the sin we once knew ,it won’t feel right to our spirit man. Because that’s not what fits into our life anymore. “Romans 6:7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.” When Christ died for us, he spoke the words “tetelestai,” meaning it is finish, when he said these words it indicated that the mission he was sent to do was done . In the days of Christ this phrase was used to tell , someone that they were done with a job or whatever they were appointed to was complete. That’s basically what Jesus was telling God my mission to come save the lost is done , its nothing left I am giving my spirit unto you.“Mark 2:17 On hearing this, Jesus said to them, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." We don’t have to figure out anything , all we must do is except the calling to become a new person in Christ, Jesus have done it all, some of us have worked our whole life to be accepted by family or friends or anyone but with God he accepts you with flaws and all. Come to Jesus he is waiting for you with arms wide open don’t wait another day or minute to truly give your life to him. Don’t do it because your feeling pressured do it because you want what Jesus is offering which is eternal life. Do you accept Jesus finish gift for you ? Do you want to be complete in Jesus ? No more games, no more bitterness, no more I need to wait for the right time, accept it now because the right time will never come. We will never be able to do anything to get ourselves ready to accept Christ into our heart and mind . The one thing I regret is wasting my life away searching the world for something that wasn’t there , which was love when the person that’s been there my whole life was Jesus and he love me the moment I was carried in my mother womb until now. “Ephesians 4:7 But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it.” ©Prophetess Lee=========================Prayer=========================Heavenly Father thank you, for sending your son here to give us a gift we didn’t ask for but what we needed. Father we ask you each day to help us to see you, to seek a deeper more a profound relationship with you because you want one with us and you desire that for us . Father we thank you for giving us peace in our new walk with you , we ask you as we read your word give us wisdom and revelation to understand your word. Father we ask you to continue to help us to grow stronger and stronger in the spirit of you , as we walk let us walk in you and not in our selves.
