Discovery Room at Landmark Park opens this weekend

Landmark Park is excited bring back the Discovery Room this summer, giving visitors an opportunity for hands-on exploration. Starting June 2, Landmark Park will open our classroom doors each weekend and give families a chance to take a closer look at our natural history. The Discovery Room will be open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. - noon and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m., and on Sundays from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. Each weekend, the Discovery Room will feature a different aspect of science and nature. There will be plenty of hands-on learning and exploring of topics ranging from snakes and turtles to endangered animals and lots in between. Reservations are not necessary and the Discovery Room is free with paid admission to the park. Sponsored by Wells Fargo.
