Southeast Alabama Community Theatre presents Disney’s Descendants: The Musical, a brand-new show jam-packed with comedy, adventure, Disney characters, and hit songs from the films. Imprisoned on the Isle of the Lost – home of the most infamous villains who ever lived – the teenaged children of Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Jafar, and Cruella De Vil have never ventured off the island. Until now! When the four troublemakers are sent to attend prep school alongside the children of beloved Disney heroes, they have a difficult choice to make: should they follow in their parents’ wicked footsteps or learn to be good?
Descendants is on stage Jun. 1-3, at the Cultural Arts Center in Dothan. Doors open 60 minutes before curtain. Seating begins 30 minutes before curtain. Performances begin at 7:00 PM, and are approximately 90 minutes plus a 15 minute intermission. (Saturday, Jun. 3 matinee begins at 2:00 PM.)
Descendants is appropriate for most audiences. Tickets are $17 plus tax for reserved seating available at SEACT.com.
