Male german shepard with red collar.. either has been dropped off or missing. Cant take him, we have 3 cats and a 7 mo old baby. He growls when you get close.. might have been abused? Hes very scared & just stays in the same spot. Hes skinny too. He's on Zachary road off of S. county road 33
